  • We cannot guarantee specific cards, rarities, or outcomes from sealed products.

4. Orders & Contract Formation

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase.

A contract is only formed when we:

  • Issue refunds accordingly

We are not liable for manufacturer or distributor delays.

7. Shipping & Risk

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Customs

  • Manufacturer delays

  • Events outside our control

Due to the nature of trading card products:

  • Opened sealed products are non-refundable.
