Returns

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the exact condition received

  • Sealed products must remain factory sealed and unopened

  • All original packaging must be intact and undamaged

  • Proof of purchase is required

Returns must be authorised before being sent back. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Important – Trading Card Products (Riftbound & Other TCG)

Due to the nature of trading card products:

  • Booster boxes, packs, starter decks, bundles or any sealed product with a broken factory seal are non-refundable

  • Single cards (if sold) are non-refundable unless faulty or incorrectly supplied

  • Graded cards (if sold) are non-refundable unless damaged in transit

  • Pre-owned items are non-refundable unless materially misdescribed

Once a factory seal is broken, the product cannot be resold and is therefore not eligible for refund.

Any returned item showing signs of tampering, resealing, or use will not be refunded.


Market Value & Price Fluctuations

Trading card product values may fluctuate due to supply, demand, and secondary market pricing.

We do not accept returns based on changes in market value after purchase.


Pre-Orders

Pre-order items may be cancelled before dispatch.

Once dispatched, standard returns conditions apply. Sealed products must remain unopened to be eligible for return.

Release dates are subject to change by manufacturers and distributors. We are not responsible for delays outside of our control.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs and your order number so we can resolve the issue.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrectly supplied.

We recommend using a tracked and insured service. We are not responsible for returned items lost in transit.


Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.
