I've been looking for the right way to start expanding Yordle beyond the English Riftbound range. Rather than list products I couldn't verify or didn't physically hold, I wanted the first international launch to be something I could check, label clearly and put on the shelf myself.
That range is now live: Simplified Chinese Riftbound, covering Origins through Vendetta, alongside the Secret Garden Limited Gift Box.
One important note before you browse: these are Simplified Chinese editions. The cards and packaging are in Chinese, not English, and every product is labelled with its language and format.
The collection currently has ten Simplified Chinese products in stock: Slim booster packs and displays for Origins, Spiritforged, Unleashed and Vendetta, a Jumbo 14-card display for Vendetta, and the Secret Garden Limited Gift Box. I’ve also added five further Jumbo products as coming-soon listings. The ten in-stock products are physically held here in the UK, so there is no overseas parcel to wait for. If you want English Riftbound, Shop the Rift is where you want to be. If you are after Simplified Chinese Riftbound cards in the UK, read on.
Why add Simplified Chinese Riftbound?
English Riftbound is still the heart of Yordle, but the game is printed in more than one language, and some collectors want a particular edition: a language-matched run from Origins to Vendetta, or the Chinese printings alongside their English collection. I'd rather offer those properly than leave people hunting around for them.
"Properly" means a separate collection, a Simplified Chinese badge on every product card, and the language written into every title and description. If you are buying a Chinese display, you should know before you reach the basket, not after it arrives.
Think of this as the start of Yordle's international range. Simplified Chinese comes first. I'm not going to promise what follows or when, because I'd rather tell you about things once they are real.
Slim packs and Jumbo packs
The two formats are easy to mix up, so here is the plain version. A Riftbound Slim booster pack holds 5 cards, and a Slim display holds 24 of those packs, which makes 120 cards in a factory-sealed box. A Jumbo booster pack holds 14 cards, and the Riftbound Jumbo booster display we have, for Vendetta, holds 12 of them, so 168 cards in all. A Jumbo display has fewer packs but a lot more cards in each one.
Neither is the better format. Slim is the lighter way in, and because the single Slim packs are sold separately you can try one before committing to a whole box. Jumbo is the bigger-pack option.
What is in the range so far
Chinese Riftbound Origins, Spiritforged, Unleashed and Vendetta each have a Slim display and a single Slim pack. The Spiritforged Slim display is the lowest-priced display in the range at £34.99, the Origins, Unleashed and Vendetta Slim displays are £39.99, and every single Slim pack is £2.25.
The Vendetta Jumbo display is £59.99. Vendetta is Set 4 of the main game, released on 31 July 2026.
Then there is the Secret Garden Limited Gift Box at £64.99, which is a bit different from the rest. It is a collector set built around Ivern, Lillia and the Poro, with an Ivern Legend card, a Lillia Legend card, an Ultrasoft Poro unit card, five full-art tokens, two sleeve packs, two postcards, a premium storage box and three Unleashed Jumbo booster packs, all in Simplified Chinese.
Pack contents are set by the manufacturer, so I won't make promises about what turns up in any particular pack. The full range, with current prices, is in the Simplified Chinese Riftbound collection.
Who it is for
This range suits collectors who want a language-matched Chinese run of the sets, people who read Simplified Chinese and want to play or collect in it, anyone who wants the Chinese printings next to their English cards, and fans of Ivern and Lillia who like the look of the Secret Garden box. If you are putting together decks you can read in English, these are not the cards for that, and the English range is the better fit. If you play at organised events, check the language rules with your organiser before you buy.
Dispatch and delivery
Stock is held by Yordle in the UK, and orders are normally dispatched within 1–2 working days. UK delivery starts at £3.99 and is free when your qualifying total reaches £80.
That is the first step of the international range, and I'm pleased to see it on the shelf. Have a look through the Simplified Chinese Riftbound collection, and if you would like to check anything before ordering, get in touch and I'll help.
